6.0 Cleaning Procedure
- Before starting product transfer, clean the transfer pump using a lint-free cloth to remove dust and visible impurities.
- Pass purified water through the inline and outline sections of the transfer pipe.
- Allow drying, then pass compressed air through the inline and outline to remove moisture.
- Flush the transfer pipe thoroughly using hot purified water.
- After flushing, pass compressed air again through the pipeline to eliminate remaining moisture.
Result: The transfer pipe is now clean, dry, and ready for the next batch.
